The NSTA have announced that offers have been made in the UK’s first carbon storage licence round.

With a wealth of experience in data management and consultancy, and experience in contributing to CCS research, IGI are perfectly placed to assist with the new challenges that are brought by this new phase of UK offshore activity.

Please see the latest work that IGI have contributed to in this area, “A conceptual CO2 fill-and-spill mega-fairway in the UK Southern North Sea: a new approach to identify and optimise large-scale underground carbon storage (CCS)” currently in review, undertaken in collaboration with researchers at the University of Nicosia, and Chieti-Pescara and independent consultants (incl. Goel EP Ltd.).

Please contact us if you’d like to discuss a project related to these licences or any other carbon storage data management or consultancy needs.
