I am IGI’s software tester, and I help to bring a level of confidence to the products that we make. I do this by confirming that new features work as expected, bug fixes correct the problem identified and perform impact analysis & exploratory testing on every new version of our software to confirm all is still working as it should and that new features haven't introduced issues. I particularly enjoy exploratory testing and as part of that enjoy the workflow of finding/reporting a new bug and confirming it has been fixed all before it ends up on our customers computers.
